Our Hiring Process (it’s the secret sauce)
At Interactive Partners, we value the contribution of qualified individuals to our company's success. To ensure we hire the right candidates, we follow a simple process:

Gather and Assess Applicants
Writing the Job Description is the start point. We then place adverts in specific known locations that delivery quality applicants with matching skills. The benefits are high so we get quality candidates.
We review and check the applicants and their CVs. If they meet our strict criteria they are moved to the next step, the online logic quiz.
Around 50% of applicants don’t proceed.

Logic Quiz
The logic quiz is not about skills, it is about logic, thinking and communication. Part IQ, part comprehension and mostly logic thinking and problem solving.
This takes out around 90% of the remaining applicants. We only want logical thinkers who are capable and can communicate well.
Applicants who pass this phase and move on, have done very well compared to the other applicants.

Initial Interview
Starts with the cultural fit, how well will they fit into our team? (teamwork is another secret sauce), Can they work well with others. Are they open to learning new things? Can they follow procedures and work rules?
Then we move on to skills and experience. What disciplines do they have now, what are the gaps?
Screenshare and demonstrate skills. In interviews, all candidates will say “I can do it”, “I am a fast learner”. We don't accept this at face value, we get them to demonstrate exactly the skills they claim then get them to try new skills they don’t have.
This knocks out around 50% of the remaining candidates.

Final Interview
If the candidate gets to this stage, we have a keeper.
A final interview with the COO is required and final terms are discussed.
Contracts are offered and usually signed in under 4 hours.
The candidate knows they are now part of an elite team of professionals.
Our Training Process
At our company, we believe in providing a seamless transition for new employees as they embark on their journey with us. Our comprehensive onboarding process ensures that each team member is equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in their role. Here's an elaborated training process based on the flow you provided:

Welcome and Introduction
On the first day, new employees are welcomed by the Client Delivery Manager or designated personnel.
An introduction to the company's values, culture, and mission is provided.
Daily meetings are organised to foster relationships among team members.
New employees have the opportunity to meet and interact with their colleagues and managers.

Onboarding Workbook Assignment
Each new employee receives a personalised onboarding workbook tailored to their specific job position.
The workbook includes essential information about the company policies, departmental guidelines, and job-specific details. Employees are encouraged to seek clarification on any policies they find unclear.
Job role-specific training is conducted to familiarise employees with their responsibilities.

Introduction to Tools and Systems
New employees are introduced to the tools and systems they will use in their daily tasks.
Hands-on training is provided, ensuring proficiency in the use of essential software such as ClickUp and WebEd.

Progress Tracking
Regular check-ins are scheduled to address any concerns and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Additional skill development sessions may be provided to enhance the employee's capabilities.

Deployment to Client
Once the onboarding workbook has been completed, and the employee has demonstrated a good understanding of their role, they are deployed to work with their respective client.
